1 bag Cheddar Fries chips

1 Limited Edition Nestle Crunch with Peanuts

Bowl of Brown Rice

1 can Coca Cola

1 wedge of an Orange

Lunch:
Leftover Thai Food, Vegetable and Brown Rice, from Dharma Garden

Apple

Packet of Zingers (hence the title)

Also,
about 50 ounces of water
2 cups of Twinings Irish Breakfast Tea with cream and Splenda

Early Lunch also known as I am really tired because my son was sick all night and I came into work at 4 am so I am messing up my good eating with junk

Sandwich: Turkey Ham, 2 slices. French's Classic Yellow Mustard. 2 slices Wheat bread.

1 can Coca Cola Classic.

1 bag (Net Wt. 1 oz.) Ruffles The Works.

So bad.

Bag of carrots. Untouched.

Second Breakfast

7:15 At home

1 1/2 scrambled eggs with shredded cheddar cheese, Jewel brand
1 piece of wheat toast with spread

1 small glass of orange juice

8:25 At work
Coffee with creamer and sugar (2 spoons)

Breakfast

5:00 am

Honey Nut Cheerios

Silk Lowfat Vanilla Soymilk

Twinings Irish Breakfast Tea with powdered creamer and two packets of Equal.

Slip Up/Bad Eating/Dinner?

A piece of Turkey Ham. Piece is defined by pulling a piece off. On the way home. (4:15)

Water.

Another piece of turkey ham. At home. (5:20 roughly)

More than a half a box of cookies. All in all about 10.

Indian Lentils. 2 pieces of nan.

More water.

6:30

Snack

Handful of cashews. (2:40 pm)

Lunch

Chicken and Rice Indian Style at 11:30.

2 Whoppers (That's 2 individual whoppers as in candy not Burger King given to me by Cortney)

Bottled water (refilled from water cooler)

Arizona Green Tea with Honey and Ginseng.
