Lunch

Potbelly.

A Wreck: Salami, Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham, Swiss with Mustard, mayo and a tomato. Pickle.

Vanilla milkshake.

Fountain drink: coke.

Piece if pepper beef jerky.

Cup of hot tea with creamer and one spoon of sugar.

Breakfast

Trader Joe's Honey O's with Plain Soy Milk.

Medium Dunkin Donuts coffee with cream and sugar.

White cheddar puffs.

Dinner (May 23)

Egg salad sandwiches.

Mixture: Four eggs. Mayo. Mustard. Paprika.
Slice of sharp cheddar.
Two slices of whole grain bread.
Water.
White Cheddar cheese puffs.

Lunch (May 23)

Lunch with Michael at Lincoln Park Noodle House or as we affectionately refer to it, the Zone.

Spring Rolls (four)
As described in the menu: Fresh spring roll wrapped around tofu, cucumber, bean sprout, carrots and omlet splashed with plum sauce.

Mixed Vegetable entree
Assorted fresh vegetables stir fried in light soy sauce.
I got it with tofu.

Water.

Late afternoon:
About ten or so spinach leaves, plain.

Hot tea (Scottish blend) with creamer and 1 1/2 packets of Equal.

Breakfast

1 1/2 eggs scrambled. 1 slice whole grain toast, buttered.

Dunkin Donuts coffee. Medium. Cream and sugar.

Water.

Dinner (May 22)

Hot dog, whole grain bread, slice of sharp cheddar cheese, kethcup, mustard.

Capellini with tomato basil marinara, turkey sausage. Water.

Banana.

Half a glass of diet coke.

White cheddar puffs (handful).

Spinach with olive oil and rose balsamic vinegar.

Lunch

Roast turkey and sharp cheddar cheese sandwich.
1 1/2 slices of turkey. 1 slice of cheese. Whole grain bread.

Water.

Cup of tea. Cream and sugar.

Breakfast

On the drive to school and work:
Dunkin Donuts coffee, cream and sugar
Half of a plain bagel with plain cream cheese (I gave the other half to Gabrielle)

At work:
Banana
Sandwich bag of white cheddar puffs.
